Thanks for letting us know about the TV, and apologies for the mistake. There was a problem with the brochure entry as TV had both a X and √.  If it had been raised when the booking was made we would have been able to check and clarify it for you.

We always spend time on the set up of the website to make bookings easy so it is good to hear you found it easy to book.  The staff like to help everyone and enjoy making sure guests have all the information they need to make it easy for the guest to select the right cottage for their particular requirements.
