Good quality but lightweight. High hand rail which is useful. Latching mechanism is not very positive though.

Ladder was superb exactly what we had hoped for It fitted easily and is great in a tight loft space feels very sturdy and strong and the treads on ladder steps make use easier and more comfortable...
