I was k bkk ot able to get through them by phone and use the WhatsApp chat to communicate. I was expecting a robotic answer but glad it wasn’t and I was given the link to do my renewal which is fast...

Purchase was smooth and easy, but some key info on pricing/interest missing

Info on add on insurance should be available before I purchased Dash PET, not after. Info on floating interest unclear too (does it include the +0.2%?)
