Disappointed

Not charging premium telephone rates (£3+) in this instance , would have been preferred! Unfortunate that second item (trousers) was not delivered so delivery/insurance costs applied to single item.

I am sorry to hear this. The item was showing as available when the order was placed, but when we went to pack your order unfortunately there were none on the shelf. As the item had been discontinued, we had no option other than to issue a refund. We apologise once again that we were unable to fulfil your order, and we fully appreciate your frustration.

Shoes good. Communication not good.

Pleased with shoes, but ordered 2 different pairs but week later only 1 pair turned up due to stock shortage. So not pleased with communication. Otherwise pleased.

Shoes on sale. Told carrier had lost. Carrier never got the parcel!

Was told carrier had lost box. According to Hermes they never got it. No more stock so refund that took a while to come through.
