Please accept my apologies that the item was no longer available when your order was placed. The old style systainer case was part of our clearance range as is discontinued. Clearance products sell very quickly due to the discounted prices and we were a bit slow to remove from the site when the last one was sold. As a goodwill gesture our customer services upgraded your order to the new style case, with hind sight they should have clarified this was agreeable to you prior to sending. I am confused why you would have been advise to return at your expense as this is certainly not our policy. If you still wish for the item to be returned for credit please contact either myself or Garry in customer services and we will arrange for our courier to collect and credit.
