No order received & no refund received to date despite phone calls & emails
Placed & paid for my order in Dec - it has never arrived. Still calling them, mailing them to get a full refund - it's now February. Don't order anything from this company as their customer service...

Very bad customer service. They sent damaged item and didn't accept return. The lady on the phone was so rude too.

Products are substandard and trying to get a response from customer service to get repairs done under warranty is impossible. We won't ever use them again.

The item we ordered never arrived! They have not responded to three emails requesting information, and nobody ever picks up the phone. Appalling service.
