Hi, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you’ve had a negative experience with the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, due to their long and fragile nature, on rare occasion goods can get damaged in transit. Hi, thank you for your review. As per our website, in the delivery & returns tab underneath the product, it does state this is on a 10-working day lead time. This is also stated in our customer support section under ARP deliveries and returns. We apologise if you don’t think this was clear enough and I will raise this with our marketing team to see if there is anything we can do to make this clearer.
