Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear you are a little unhappy with our admin charge, unfortunately, due to the late changes to your booking our reservation team do have office procedures to follow. This said, I will raise your concerns again.

Very clear website and easy booking procedure - much better than some competitors.
