I've taken a look into this for you. Your order was received on the afternoon of Thursday 8/3 and dispatched Friday 9/3. I can see it was delivered Thursday 15/3 which is 4 business days after dispatch and about right for parcels traveling to WA by regular post, which is what was chosen.

We take customer service very seriously so it would be greatly appreciated if you could please reconsider and amend your 1 star rating.

Fair enough Gareth. The timing was a little out on this one due to a public holiday we had in SA Monday 12/3. I still don’t believe this warrants a 1 star review as this could have quickly been explained if you contacted us via phone or email with a query.
