Thank you for your feedback and it appears that you have contacted us directly and your concerns have been responded to. We apologise for the florist not fulfilling the order to value. It was very disappointing to see the very cheap box of chocolates and a smaller plant for value. This information has been fed back to the florist as it's not the high standard we expect from our member florists.
