Phoned to inform them that my old iPad was broken so cancel my old policy and to get a quote on my new iPad...but I couldn't get cover as they didn't have 'ipad mini 2' on their systems, which is a shame. Insured my new iPhone with no problems tho

I telephoned to see if I could change my policy from one phone to another; I had already used your web site to obtain a quote.
He cancelled my existing direct debit; however as he could not find my phone, Google Pixel XL on his list was unable to assist in setting up a new policy.
I informed him I would use the web site as it was listed there.
The adviser, though pleasant, did not demonstrate that he was interested and rushed to conclude the call, cutting me off at one stage when I started to say something to him.
Never spoken to one of your advisers directly before; experience didn't encourage me to do so again.

I've had a look on our system and I can only find one payment of £98.89.

Very helpful member of staff though I was a little confused as to why company policy meant I had to be issues with a new policy simply because there had been a problem with auto renew, despite there still being more than a week to run on my existing policy. Nevertheless I would still recommend mygadgetbuddy.

Didn't need to use my insurance policy for any damages.
Was disappointed that I couldn't insure my CANON 70D camera nor IPhone 7 with you.... last year I wanted to insure my canon and a MacBook Pro but couldn't as they weren't on your system, you lost out on my custom that need to expand your policies for newer items!

The price for my ipad cover was great although I had to ask for the multi device discount that was shown clearly on the website but the agent did not know about and had to put me on hold while she went off to find out.

Web site misleading and confusing regarding level/value of cover. Following a complaint to the insurers their explanantion was prompt and found to be clear - there was a computer error on the website! Insurance cover accepted by myself but the quality control exercised by those responsible for the website does not reflect performance. Rating = Poor on web experience but Good = on value for money on the policy cover/price.
