Almost 3 weeks to deliver order. Spent over an hour on hold over 2 phone calls to chase order. Sent email and received an automated reply telling me you were having warehouse problems and I had to wait or call. The worst online experience I have ever had

My order was placed on 23rd Sept. I received notification that the Hand Towel shipped on 30th Sept but it didn't arrive until 20th Oct!! Recently received an email to say the Bath Sheet shipped on 15th Oct, this still yet to arrive! Terrible delivery service.
The service from the white company was excellent but I rated them lower due to the service provided by the collection point - it's important to provide a good end to end service.

Might be lost in the post but surely you should send a replacement.
Website poor during changes, reverted to old address, called straight away to change when received confirmation, still went to wring address, took 3 phonecalls with long long holding times. Only reason not bad is that the staff who oicked up the email comms (couldn't face calling anymore) were good.
I still haven't received the order after 3 weeks and I have rung customer services twice.

I placed my order online and the money was taken from my acccount without an order being generated twice, I then had to call customer services 3 times (holding for at least 30 minutes each time) in order to get my payments refunded.

I was disappointed that my gift message hadn’t been included in the package nor any gift wrapping, plus prices still on bags items were in? I had expected a little more for additional ‘gift box & message’ option for an additional five pounds.
Other than that once items unpacked from original individual bags with prices, I added a small card with message and I found some tissue paper the item then more closely resembled a gift :)

I was not told when the pendant light would be shipped. I called after a week of not hearing anything and the lady I spoke to spent 15 minutes just trying to locate my order, then she put me on hold for 10 minutes. She said she'd call me back with an update but never did. I called again 3 days later only to be told it wuld be shipped in approximately 3 weeks later. I was so fed up.
