Service rating : I ordered items for mother's day and every indication was given for delivery prior to that date. The goods arrived 3 days after the date rendering the point of ordering them useless. I emailed gettingpersonal.co.uk explaining the situation and requesting an update on delivery but the reply was relatively dismissive and did not acknowledge or apologise for the fact that the delivery had missed mother's day. I had been fairly impressed by the company initially and have ordered from them before but the lack of human connection in the reply unfortunately has left me disappointed and unwilling to use the site again.Product: Good quality item. Engraving could have been a little larger in font size but overall pleased with it.
Service rating : I paid for royal mail 24 on Friday morning but did not receive gifts till the Tuesday. Says in delivery info that will be delivered the next working day.it wasn't. Once paid for iteams the delivery info then states royal mail 24 can take up to 3 working days. Because this is not made clear until after you have purchursed something I think it is a bit of con. Should be made clear that royal mail 24 will be delivered in 3 working. days before you buy something. Can get royal mail 48 delivery cheaper and that would take same amount of days as royal mail 24Product: The brass robin watering can had much more red on it, on the website pic and the angle and handle were also different. The named tree carving looked very nice but was very thin and avian different from webpage pic
I ordered goods before 2pm on a 24hr guaranteed next day which cost me 4.99 - I then emailed to ask where my goods were on the Friday as not received. I was notified there had been a hold up on the order and would be despatched that day - not going to be with me in time for mothers day and was quoted 3-5 days for delivery?!?! after receiving goods on Monday after Mothers Day I requested compensation - to which I received an email saying that the email address was not being monitored and I have heard nothing since-will not be ordering again - terrible customer service.
Service rating : i was happy with the service but was not happy that when it said 'order before 2pm and get next day delivery' i then paid extra for this but it did not come next day delivery, i then sent an email where someone told me that i had not chose the next day delivery option but i had ordered well before 2pm and paid £4.99 fot delivery which is not the standard priceProduct: good quality
Service rating : The delivery was poor I paid for 24hr and had 3 full delivery days before Mother's Day for the glass to arrive & it was a week late, it ruined my friends first Mother's Day. When I emailed my complaint they told me it was royal mails fault not theirs. They are happy to take your money for faster delivery but do nothing to help when it doesn't arrive. Very poor customer service skills.Product: The glass is lovely but delivery was awful, it has put me off using them when other companies are out there.
Service rating : Sent out quickly however I expected in buying a gift box that you could have a message card. Sent it for Mother's Day to mother in law direct and it had no message card. Expensive for a black gift box. When I queried this the company said they weren't set up to do this yet will be next year! Not very happy at that as it didn't help me. I did tell company of my disappointment but no response.Product: Mother in law liked the present but not used yet.
Service rating : Excellent website, easy to order, kept updated with order progress and item arrived quickly and very well packaged - also loved the opportunity to see an idea of the personalisation on the item before placing the order. Comes packed in a lovely box, makes a really lovely gift.
Service rating : Great line of products, however, i ordered something to arrive before mothers day and it didn't arrive until a few days after. Having paid an extra £3.99 for 2 day delivery on a Tuesday I was expecting the gift tarrive on Friday at the latest. As it was it didn't arrive until Tuesday the following week.Product: The product was not for me but looks to be a good quality product.
I have ordered my item 10th March and it is already the 27th and I still have not received my item. It became my obligation to check our local sorting office to locate the package but they were unable to find it. Now I have to wait for 10 working days from dispatch which to get back - and yet again it has been over 10 days, I still have not received a positive action from your company.
Service rating : Disappointed that I paid for the 24 hour despatch on the Wednesday, the card arrived on the Saturday however the gift did not arrive until the following Wednesday. The card and gift should have arrived together. I received no notification to inform me they would not arrive together.Product: My friend was very pleased with this gift.

Service rating : The service I always get is very good, however on this particular occasion I had a very obvious typo on my engraving order which if customer was excellent I should have got an email or phone call to double check my request.Product: This is the second one I had purchased but feel the quality of frame/wood was not as good as my first one
Service rating : My personalised order arrived incorrectly personalised, so I contacted GP straight away, and was dealt with well and promised a corrected replacement asap. The replacement however unfortunately turned up and was incorrect yet again. I emailed GP yet again and have heard nothing back for a week now and had no resolution.Product: Came incorrectly personalised twice, and still hasn't been replaced or resolved! Was meant as a Mother's Day present from my daughter to her Mummy, but looks like it's going to be next year's Mother's Day present at this rate!

Service rating : Gifts ordered and paid for to arrive on Mothers day arrived the following Wednesday. Web page stated that I was paying for 24hr delivery service had to go out and buy something else. Not a Company I would tell friends about sadly.Product: Item was as per the web page id, just a let down it arrived late.

Your delivery is miss leading charging for 2-3 day delivery when I chased up my gift I was informed it could take 7working days...... If you could also offer different coloured gift boxes would be good a black box for a christening opresent isn't the best.....
The delivery wasn't reliable, communication poor the glasses were lovely but the candle was so poor that I didn't give it to my sister in the end. I liked the website and ordering process but all went downhill after that, although at least they did refund next day delivery charge when goods didn't arrive

The young man who answered the phone was very understanding and helpful, sorted the problem and the watering can arrived early!Product: Got this is a gift which is ow wrapped and ready to be given to the recipient in April. so I have no idea what it's like but I'm sure it will be a great gift!
Generally good, have made comments regarding the father of the groom glass debacle, but everything else was spot on. Review would have been excellent had my problem been acknowledged more quickly as I was promised. Delivery quick and products good.

gives good ideas on gifts for friends and family, however when I ordered my item, it didn't arrive for a month so I ended up ordering another one and paying extra.
It's a shame because I do like the products but that put me off.
