So many companies just offer a quick 'book on-line' with no human interaction - that it the way of the world these days but I think it is so important to have someone to help and give advise and I like to think we go 'above and beyond'. We are both delighted you enjoyed the tour and Elizabeth was thrilled she managed to get you into so many places.
