On the whole I was really pleased with the service I recieved. There were a few issues with delivery but staff dealt with them quickly and efficiently and were all so friendly that it was no problem...
It is one of my favourite shops, lots of lovely things that you do not find in the high street shops all in one place!

I am sorry to hear about your experience with JOY. We have taken this on board and now have an improved communication system in place with the customer. There was a backlog with the refunds, however we have since improved this and refund time is now between 3 - 5 days.

We are currently reviewing our delivery service and our returns policy. In addition to that the stock is updated on a weekly basis so as to keep in line with the stores.
