Apenas os clientes com prova de compra podem deixar uma avaliação na Feefo. Para tal, contactamos os compradores imediatamente após a sua transação.

Como é que verificamos as avaliações?

Verificamos se as avaliações são de clientes genuínos, associando-as a uma venda ou transação. As pessoas só são convidadas a deixar uma avaliação depois de comprarem na empresa.

The response times on the website are pretty slow. Also the live prices on the app are not updated in real time on many shares. Those are my two main gripes.

Hi If you have live prices enabled and are logged into the app then London Stock Exchange share prices are live. Other prices are delayed by at least 15 minutes. When you place a deal you will be shown a live quote, provided this is available. If you need help with anything, please get in touch. Thanks Stephen
