Hi Jude, lovely to hear from you. The flowers were beautiful and exactly the same as the ones you ordered online. We tried to deliver TWICE on the day you chose but the recipient wasn't home. We tried to call her four times but the number you provided had the wrong digits. We then went back to her address a third time the following day with a completely fresh bunch of flowers in the two hour delivery window the recipient asked us to deliver within and gave her complimentary chocolates as well. That's incredible service. Yes, we did ask you to direct your 'frothing with anger' comments to a more worthy cause. The frothing was aptly caused by ill attention to detail when you filled out the order form.
