Service and Pods were ok, although a little unhappy that delivery took 4 working days to arrive when I thought it would be next day delivery.
Will probably continue to use Nespresso though just...

Hi Maggie, apologies you were not happy with the time it took to receive your pods. Your order was placed on Wednesday afternoon, dispatched on Thursday and delivered on Monday which I do not think is too bad. Apologies if you thought it was going to be delivered overnight. We try to be as transparent as possible with delivery times on our website where we state that all orders over $30 receive free shipping via Australia Post. If your delivery is going to a metro address it also travels via Express Shipping which can be overnight (especially to VIC). I can see that your order received free standard shipping, meaning it was classed as being outside of a metro area. This system is automatic and based on postcodes provided by Australia Post. I love the quick delivery and easy to use website.
The pods were fantastic, I can't fault anything. The flavours were every bit as good as Nespresso pods, especially the Baileys pods!!

Very easy to order. Super quick free delivery. Delicious Bailey’s pods. Only area for improvement would be to have all pods in stock as I wanted to order more. Thank you! 😋

Hi Belinda,
Just to manage expectations as mentioned on the pack it is just a hint of flavour, so as not to overpower the coffee. However, the feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive so I think their might be something more to this.
Can I ask how you prepared it... With the short or long shot button? Did you follow the instructions on the back of back? The flavour intensity does depend on how you prepare it. I'm sure we can help get to the bottom of this for you once we have this info 😊

Hello Michael,
Thank you for the quick response.
I made the coffee with the long shot button and added a dash milk.
It tasted fine just no flavour, so basically it was a normal coffee

Ok that makes sense now, a long shot makes a big difference to the taste. I suggesting trying as recommended on the back of pack. Also, you might find the below article an interesting read : )
