Thank you for providing the feedback that your cover hasn’t actually arrived yet, it is the first we knew of this and I apologise for the lack of the delivery.
I don’t understand why it hasn’t been despatched but am doing so personally today as this is a stock item.

The messages are generated by our carriers and are beyond our control I'm afraid. There appears to have been a local issue and the cover did arrive on the day initially stated.
We have since spoken and today your initial cover will be collected and a new, slightly larger one will be delivered as requested to achieve the best fit, as required.
