We try to present important information, particularly that about payment, on Pitchup.com as clearly as possible. Each campsite or holiday park sets their own individual policies regarding how they wish the rest of the balance to be paid, however we are currently working on a full payment option which will be available soon. The web site was fairly clear. Only problem was that I didn't really know the dimensions of my caravan and it wasn't clear initially as to whether or my the pitches were specific to tents or caravans...

Thank you for your feedback. Each campsite and holiday park on Pitchup.com sets its own limits on pitch sizes which is why we ask customers to state their unit size. I am sorry to hear you found the pitch types unclear. A member of the Pitchup.com team has been in touch with the caravan park you have booked in to to confirm that they can accommodate your stay in your tourer. The site manager has asked if you could contact him (using the telephone number in your booking confirmation email) at your earliest convenience just to confirm the details of your booking.
