I was very happy with my order.
The first time I had put an order, I received it next day, this time I had to waite for a week. You said my total was different, will I receive a cheque, or how will I get my money back?

the difference in total you are referring to I believe is £2.50 for an item that we unfortunately had no stock of. This was refunded directly to you at the time via PayPal and should have arrived back on the card you used to make payment within 3 working days. If you think this isn't the case please drop us a line at online@grapetree.co.uk and we will investigate further.

Good food poor delivery
The nuts were very good and well packed. The delivery was quite poor. I only got the texts on the day of delivery. No one was in so a card was left saying the parcel was left at the local post...

Great product and great service.
I regularly buy large bags of nuts especially walnuts which have a nice mild flavour, this time as unable to visit the shop I bought online and was really pleased with the quick delivery, lovely...
