Service great hearing aids cost half what I have paid before and I can hear and do things that I have not been able to do for a long time eg talk on phone to my grand children

Technical problems meant a very long wait for my test, hence the 3 stars. No problems with staff, who were helpful and apologised for the delay

I am very disappointed with these hearing aids. They don't stay in my ears, keep moving out. For a start I would say that the tips need to be bigger. Need a lot of adjustment and I still don't...

No test was taken. Poor explanation at Sydney. Some better information from Melbourne.
