saved my bacon
Belinda was a lifesaver when we were let down the same day we arrived in London to find we had been conned!!!!!!!! Thank you guys, you saved my bacon and we did not have to sleep under a bridge!

Hello Vicky, I am disappointed to hear that you were dissatisfied with the service received at The London Agent as responsiveness to our clients is a priority. We will always try to accommodate reasonable requests when possible as we are not a “one size fits all "company. However, on this occasion we could not. You asked to book two different homes, both for a stay of 4 nights only. This is a very short stay and only possible when we have small gaps to fill between longer lets. In addition, both of the homes that you short-listed had a minimum stay of 7 nights and a very strong preference for extended stays of a few weeks. I know that we explained this from your first enquiry and I am therefore surprised at the feedback you have now offered. Whilst I am sorry that you have been disappointed, I do not think we can be accused of failure of service if your request is unrealistic or not possible.

Last minute panic turned to surprise and delight !!
Couldnt have been better than this service..we were last minute cancellation from Air B&B arriving next day with delayed flights and travel etc... Jennifer and Sherry sorted out everything for us and...
