I ordered a bottle 2 weeks ago and have not had any confirmation of dispatch from root7, despite the money being debited from my account. I have contacted them regarding this and not yet heard back.

All we have is our email to you asking how you would like to proceed and the case is marked as open and waiting for a response. If we had I promise we would have refunded you instantly.
