Not very good at all.

Order placed on 14 August with an expectation of a 5 day delivery (as stated on web site). After money taken informed delivery expected to be end of September. So I still do not have any delivery.

The availability of the items you’ve ordered is on an ever-moving target due to raw material shortages across the industry, especially on solar panels. Your order was subject to a longer lead time which we found out after the order was placed with the supplier. We can confirm the delivery is now scheduled for 29 September.
