Beautiful flowers - late delivery
The flowers were beautiful, however I requested an early delivery and the flowers did not arrive until after 4:30pm. I would use them again so long as my delivery time was flexible

Hi Anna, I'm glad you hear you flowers were beautiful. We offer express and early morning deliveries through the drop-down delivery tab. There is a small surcharge for these express deliveries and a few different time options to choose from. When you select these options, we always make sure they reach their destination early in the morning as we book a special driver to deliver the early morning flowers as well as our funeral flower orders. Hi Fiona,
Thank you for your feedback. I have only had this new delivery system running for a few days and I'm still ironing out the kinks. I wanted some way of highlighting school orders, and felt this was the best way of doing that. I didn't think people would click on that if the delivery was heading to a home, which is what complicated things with your order and then meant it headed out in the afternoon. I can see that you are disappointed so I'm going to look into how I can word things differently on the website (while still taking care to be careful with Primary and High School orders). Thank you for taking the time to write this. I would like to refund your delivery fee as a token of my appreciation for making me aware of kinks in my new delivery options. I will definitely be putting me head down this weekend to nut out some new wording and new ideas. Many thanks Fiona, Carli

Hi Carli. Thank you for your response. It’s not necessary to refund the delivery fee, but it’s a nice gesture and is appreciated. Good idea to change the wording, because it looks like delivery before 3pm and delivery before 5pm are the same price, so why not click on the earlier delivery time?
