Gorgeous flowers and wonderful customer service!
I ordered flowers from Chicago to be delivered in Sydney. I was a little nervous being so far away, however the delivery was perfect and the orchid is gorgeous.

Hi Elizabeth, thank you for talking to me about your parent's flowers this morning. I've also talked to Amanda about the way she handled this, she is new to our team and learning, we've all had to learn and grow in new jobs and people make mistakes. If an early delivery is made and it is our error, we always arrange a redelivery on the correct date and send any flowers of your choosing. We don't take delivered flowers back unless we are asked to by the customer. I hope your Mum and Dad enjoy their beautiful roses. In regards to your funeral order yesterday to Macquarie Park, it was stunning with deep pink colours and delivered in a water pouch.

I chose this company as the flowers themselves are beautifully arranged. My mum was astounded by her roses.
