Didn't deliver until nearly 9pm when I paid for prior to 5pm. I never saw the bunch so not sure of how it looked as it was a florist's pick. Would be good to see a photo

The smallest bunch of dead flowers I have ever seen.
The flowers were half dead and terrible looking and extremely small for what I paid.

Received a phone call immediately to resolve my unhappiness. Must say, very professional and apologetic. Lovely to deal with and happy with the outcome. Will support Urban again as they are Australian and very easy to deal with.
