Hi Molly, sorry the coffee did not meet your expectations, it is very subjective like that. We'd love a bit more feedback if you have the time. You took several different products and blends, was there anyone in particular which you are referring to? Also, can I ask how you prepare your coffee are you with regard to using the short or the long shot button on your machine?
