We are aware that the incorrect welcome letter was distributed to the group on arrival, and we sincerely apologise for the confusion this caused. We understand that this may have had a knock-on effect on the rest of your experience. The bedrooms were all pre booked, it would not be possible for a small hotel to have rooms for a group without reservation in high season but I am sorry if there were delays on arrival at the hotel.
