When travelling with Trafalgar we have pre-paid certain tips and gratuities for you. Baggage handling at hotels, service charges and tips for hotel wait staff (for included meals) will be taken care of by your Travel Director. We understand that there may have been confusion regarding the Travel Director's comments about optional gratuities. Please know that tipping, and our Travel Directors typically explain the gratuity process and suggest appropriate amounts to guests based on past feedback. However, we will review how this information is presented to ensure that it is respectful and appropriate in tone. We value your feedback and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
