Regrettably, there is no refund for absence or early departure from a trip, including, but not limited to, missed hotels, transfers, meals, sightseeing cruises, or optional extensions. Trafalgar urges travellers to purchase travel insurance that covers such circumstances. While we’re pleased to read that you enjoyed your trip overall, it does concern us to hear that certain aspects of your journey could have been improved upon, including the amount of time spent driving and the limited time to experience specific destinations. We understand that hotel standards can vary between countries, and we strive to ensure that all our appointed hotels meet our high standards. However, we apologise that the accommodation aspect of the tour did not meet your expectations.
