Thank you for the review. As mentioned in the service review, you hadn't contacted us prior to leaving this review to say there was any issue with the rug. In our e-mail correspondence I did ask if you would do a simple proofing test so that we could ascertain if the rug was faulty as very often October through to March/April considerable condensation can form on the underside of no fill turnouts as there is no filling to allow air circulation even though the fabric is breathable. This is something that affects all brands of no fill turnouts and I did include for you an article by Weatherbeeta which mentions the condensation issue. Unfortunately we haven't heard back from you with the result of that test so am assuming that it was ok and that this was a condensation issue but if it failed the test please do respond to our e-mail and we can sort for you.
