Thank you for the review. I have e-mailed you about this review but not heard back. As mentioned you ordered after the 2pm cut off time (we have this 2pm cut off due to the collection time of our courier on this route) and this would have been shown when you placed the order and on the order confirmation you received). The parcel was therefore correctly sent the next working day and looking at the tracking was delivered the next day - so it was within the promised timescales as per the website. We take a lot of pride in our customer service and whilst things sometimes do go wrong which reflect back to us on this occasion both ourselves and DPD the courier dispatched and delivered within the timescales outlined.
