Thank you for the review Imogen. I have looked and we dispatched the item on time and the item was delivered within the promised timescales so think we fulfilled our service/delivery expectations. With regard to the refund - this was processed on the day we received the item back. I am afraid it is out of our control how quickly the funds are put back into your account as some providers are quicker than others with some taking several working days to put back the originator. The funds are taken from us instantly. I am sorry that this has reflected poorly on us as bad service but unfortunately not within our control. Diane
