Everything we expected

Once holiday booked I noticed parking may be an issue and the steep climb from beach. I was told I was unable to change booking as I had paid my contract was now with the owner of the property....

We are yet to receive £100 holding fee. As I believe this is incase the property is damaged. Nothing was and will be phoning in the morning.

Very efficient service. I needed to change the date of my holiday, this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently.

I only had one query which was dealt with efficiently and speedily by your representative.
