Glad to hear that the trip was such a success. I have been to Zighy and it is magnificent. Wish I had done the paragliding though!

Perhaps the postal packages are not necessary (only emails)

On the postage, we are in the process of launching an app and all of our documents will be sent out on that rather than post though people will have the option of post if they like. So, we are addressing that issue!

I very much appreciate the feedback and will discuss this with the team and with the crew on Sula. I travelled on Sula myself a couple of years ago on a research trip and had an incredible trip though I do recognise the truth in much of your feedback. It is certainly not a luxury boat and needs to be sold in the right way and I agree, that if they are motivated, they could certainly improve the boat. The most worrying bit for me is the disappearance of Pierre! And without explanation.
When we first started working with Sula after my trip, they were very much the only operator but I do know there are others starting up.
