Hi, thank you for your feedback. The problem we had here is that you left an incorrect postcode for delivery which caused problems with the couriers UPS. We appreciate that it can be difficult to communicate with couriers through online helplines, however, we did contact the couriers on several occasions and the parcel was later delivered to the correct address.
Delivered on time at the right price. Had to order a further roll which was also delivered on time. Charming lady did the deal on the phone. Excellent service.
