Hello, thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for any inconveniences caused, we have looked into the matter and it appears the order left our depot in time and in a good condition, however was damaged in transit. While this is not frequent, we do sometimes experience damages in transit on some of our lengthier or bulkier ranges, given the type of industrial carrier that we need to use to transport these items. We are more than happy to help if notified of the damage upon delivery; however it appears that according to our records you have not contacted us and the carrier will unfortunately not let us know of any specific damages. I believe though that my colleague has been in touch today and able to help and we hope that you would allow us the opportunity to prove ourselves to you in the future.
