Lovely 5* review and nice to hear how much you enjoyed this Kircudbright hideaway. Hope that you will be able to visit again.
Everyone was super friendly and the website was easy to use... the only minor thing that prevented the 5 star review was being contacted before the holiday and my partner being asked why we hadn't...

Thank you for a lovely holiday. The booking procedure was straightforward. My only reservation was the website flashes frenetically as you are trying to read it which was very off putting.

Thanks for the 4* review, we are sorry that the cottage did not meet your expectations, if you had let us know of the issues that had occured while you were still at the cottage then we might have been able to assist. Feedback is appreciated as it does help to maintain standards of the properties and ensure that any minor items such as TV remotes may be replaced as soon as required.

The owners do try make sure all is in order and it's a great disappointment for them when Bar Hill doesn't delight one of their visitors as much as it does the majority, many of whom are regular returnees.We do apologise for the various issues that you felt there to be with the house; all will be taken into account when we next review the cottage. Feedback is appreciated as it does help to maintain standards of the properties and ensure that any minor items such as TV remotes may be replaced as soon as required.
