I was really impressed by the actions of Galleon Supplies to resolve the issue I had experienced. I received the complimentary case next day and couldn't believe the difference to the batch I had previously received. Easy to open the roll and the paper stayed in one piece until the end of treatment. I contacted customer service yesterday & they were more than happy to replace the remaining rolls I still had of the faulty batch. I would definitely order this product again and give it 5 stars and if I could I would give 10 stars for the customer service and speedy delivery. Thank you!

Courier lied about us being closed on 3rd delivery attempt despite us sending proof .We were only partly refunded the order and my question now is had the courier actually delivered the stuff on...

Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Galleon Supplies. It is very disappointing that we were unable to fulfil your order on this occasion. Our delivery times are on an economy service which is between 8am - 6pm. All packages must be signed for unless instructions have been given by the customer to leave safe or with a neighbour. I am aware that the courier made 2 attempts to deliver your goods when you were closed and the charge for this is 1 single charge regardless of how many attempts are made, therefore no further fees would have been incurred .I am aware that you have liaised with my colleague via email to resolve this unfortunate issue.
