We can only apologise for the service level that you received, we did, unfortunately, have a few issues with notification of deliveries, this was mainly due to a lack of resource as our business grows. We have addressed this by employing a new team member who now coordinates all deliveries & installations. We have also reviewed our notification system and this now includes a series of triggered emails to notify customers of when their delivery will arrive. In terms of the incorrect dimensions, this was due to an error in assuming an allowance for tolerance on your 1st order and we have now changed the way do this ensuring more communication to obtain customer requirements. We feel that it is unfair for you to assume that the 2nd order has sizing issues without having the grills in situ. We hope that the before mentioned gives you some reassurance that we have addressed the issues and will help you to be confident in placing future orders.

Service falls apart once you have paid

Very pleasant to deal with until I paid for the windows. Delivered wrong windows and change 250 pounds for a less than 15 minute install.

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the service provided. Unfortunately, there has been an error at the dispatch stage of the order and your Hammerglass units had been incorrectly shipped by our supplier and therefore needed to be transported from the other side of the country to carry out the installation, we can only apologise for this.

We feel that we did all that we could to rectify this and did keep to our agreement and came to install the glass on the re-arranged date that we agreed.

In terms of your comment regarding the installation price - we did make the charges clear from the start of your enquiry and provided you with a quotation in writing on multiple occasions. The charges are based on not only the labour of a skilled engineer on the final installation but also account for a pre-manufacture site survey, as well as travel costs. We don't feel it is fair to dispute the price after agreeing to it both verbally and in writing prior to placing your order.
