Hello and thank you for your honest review. On Behalf of the team I apologize for the broken plate. I'm sorry to hear that you cannot find your DVD control and a picture. Have you fully unpacked? Try checking the drawers of some of the units that were in the same room as these items. If you are still having trouble please do give our office a ring on 01428 652231. We can then speak to the lads that were on the job to see if they remember packing them/where they put them, and get back to you as soon as possible. Again, my apologies for the inconvenience!
