Customer service from some of the staff is really bad. They can be rude sometimes. They dont even check if the employer is on task for the day when they needed one for urgent replacement.

Hi Seuao. Thanks for your feedback which i will discuss with the branch. With the site you are working on the shifts and needs change often which at times makes it challenging to keep up. Regardless we appreciate your feedback and will work hard to improve the shift communications
