I can only apologise, we did send an email to let you know that we had been unable to source anymore of the sprouters and our normal supplier has now closed, we tried to source them direct from the manufacturer but they are now sold out and not making more of them. We tried to give you call but we did not have a telephone number so sent an email instead.
I apologise that we have been unable to respond to your email, we have had to close our email customer services due to the current crises and staffing numbers so we can prioritise dispatch but we do have an auto email set up on all our inboxes asking customers to gives us a call on 01323 730091 for customer services. Again i can only apologise if you did not see the email.
We are trying our best to keep up our usual high standards of customer service but in order to do that we have had to make to move to a phone only service. Again i am sorry for the inconvenience and we are always looking to improve where we have not done so well during the crisis.

Apologies, we are unable to get any more of this item and have had to cancel and refund the order, we apologise if you did not see the email we sent informing you of this, they can sometimes end up in spam so apologies if this has happened. As soon as we are able we will be looking for a new sprouter to replace this one.
