Disappointed
I was happy with the service until a week before I couldn’t book my plane seat to sit as a family so they had to do it, and one the way back we couldn’t sit together as a family so I had to sit with...

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to read of your disappointment. We do our best to request that passengers are seated together, however these requests are subject to the airlines and cannot be guaranteed. the airline will always ensure that children are seated with an adult member of their party. I can see that your allocated on arrival villa was at Southern Dunes which is a very popular resort, however it is around 20-25 minutes from the parks. For guests that would prefer to be guaranteed close to the the theme parks, we would suggest booking a named community. I hope that despite this, you had an enjoyable holiday.
