Service let down by delivery firm abandoning package at completely wrong address 1/2 mile away…

Service let down by delivery firm abandoning package at completely wrong address 1/2 mile away ,luckily householder rang me that evening.I had to go and get it!

Thanks for the feedback. I really appreciate you collecting from the wrong address. I did take the issue up with UKmail and they were willing to come out and collect from the wrong address and deliver to the correct address the same day but with it being relatively near I think it was a better option for you to collect yourself. We will give you some free sausage in your next order to compensate for the trouble you went to. Many Thanks Chris Matthews

Thanks for the feedback. I really appreciate you collecting from the wrong address. I did take the issue up with UKmail and they were willing to come out and collect from the wrong address and deliver to the correct address the same day but I think for purposes of ease and speed and with it being relatively near I think it was a better option for you to collect yourself.
