Thank you for your feedback. Please note that speedy shuttle transfers can take place in any type of vehicle, the size of the vehicle is not guaranteed, we advise on our website 'Your shuttle vehicle may be a coach, minibus or other vehicle'.
Our transfer provider has advised that you were the first drop off on your arrival transfer and that you departed 10 minutes after making contact with the provider upon arrival. If you wish to discuss this matter further please email us at customer.relations@looking4.com

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you had some difficulty locating the Bus Stop. We have passed your comments on to the Bus Company as we do include a map on your confirmation email showing the location of each of the bus stops for this service. We also advise on the ‘more information’ section for all of our transfer services displayed on the website the important information and for this service we do stress that you need to have a printed copy of your confirmation in order to travel on the service. This information is also shown on the actual confirmation email and is a requirement of the bus company who operates this service.
