Thank you for your feedback, we're sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your transfer service. We have spoken to our provider Greenbus and they advised that your shuttle transfer service did depart later than the usual 45 minutes waiting time due to the late arrival of another aircraft which resulted in your service running later than scheduled. Greenbus send their apologies for this and it's been arranged that we will refund you 25% of the cost of this section of your transfer.
With regards to the journey time, please note that we clearly advise that; 'Transfer times are estimated and can vary dependent upon traffic and/or the number of stops made'. This also applies to the return journey, it isn't guaranteed that the same number of passengers on your arrival transfer are the same number as the return transfer. At all times the provider calculates the pick up time to co-ordinate that all passengers will arrive in plenty of time for their return flights.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that speedy shuttle transfers can take place in any type of vehicle, the size of the vehicle is not guaranteed, we advise on our website 'Your shuttle vehicle may be a coach, minibus or other vehicle'.
Our transfer provider has advised that you were the first drop off on your arrival transfer and that you departed 10 minutes after making contact with the provider upon arrival. If you wish to discuss this matter further please email us at customer.relations@looking4.com
