Poor delivery despite being a subscriber

Good product let down by slow delivery on this occasion. Box had been damaged in transit. Does not leave a confident feeling with DHL.

My dog loves the pellets which she has on her dinner as she is a raw eating dog. My delivery did arrive after three tries from the Evri guys who couldn’t find the house.
